- Fishing locations and tour schedules may change depending on weather and sea conditions.
- Please follow the guide’s instructions for your safety.
- Fishing is a natural experience, and we cannot guarantee the catch. No refunds or price adjustments will be made based on the fishing results.
- For safety reasons, guests with serious medical conditions, heart conditions or uncontrolled blood pressure may not be able to participate.
- Pregnant guests and children aged 0–3 cannot participate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made by the guest are subject to the following cancellation fees:
7 days before the tour: 10% of the tour fee
3 days before the tour: 30%
1 day before the tour: 50%
Same day: 100%
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.
WEATHER CANCELLATION
Tours may be cancelled in advance due to typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain or other unsafe weather conditions.
If weather conditions deteriorate during the tour and we have to stop, the tour fee may be adjusted depending on the amount of time completed.
